Today’s Desired Outcome

So today’s post will be short but I hope the impact will be large.

I’ve talked a lot about the question, “What is my desired outcome?”
Let’s apply it.

What is your desired outcome for today? No I don’t mean your To Do list. I don’t mean the niggling little things someone else wants you to do.

What do you want out of the day? What experience do you wish? What feeling do you want to be filled with at the end of the day. How do you want to feel as you fall asleep?

From experience I know this question tends to slide away from us. It’s okay if that happens. But ask the question every day about what your desired outcome for the day is. Gradually you will start seeing your day as something that will be glorious every day. And from this vantage point of the day you will start being clearer about your long term desired outcomes.
