Being stuck

Sometimes no matter what we do we are stuck. Either no bright ideas are coming or our actions don’t seem to work. When this happens it is easy to lose focus and motivation. Today’s question is as much for me as for you: what is your way to move forward when you are stuck?

When I get stuck that means that something inside of me from my past; a learned behaviour or some negative emotion I have been holding on to needs to be dealt with. If I let it go then my back will start to hurt and eventually effects my sleep. My secret weapon is to go to my chiropractor who is also an NET practitioner. Usually one session and I am unstuck and back on track!
