Follow ups

As I stated yesterday I’m starting two projects with clearly delineated outcomes and definite timelines to finish. Today I’m posting follow ups on progress.

I’ve made great progress on finishing the book project. Yesterday I finished the outline/complete flow of the book. This will let me fill in what I haven’t written yet. I also did some written notes for the podcast Nancy Fields and I are creating about clarity. This let me mark up chapters I’d already written for revision and editing.

Today I looked at the stories I’m using in the book and said, “I need more stories.” So I made a list of 13 stories that illustrate issues in the book about clarity and desire.

Project 2 about tensor analysis is going a little slower. I started yesterday reviewing a 30 minute lecture. Today’s task is to start the next lecture and look at the corresponding problems in the book. From that I’ll decide what problem I’ll solve.

I’m much more motivated about these projects and will update you daily on my progress.

Thanks for listening. Tomorrow I’ll talk about the upcoming podcast series.

Glad to see that you are on a roll Cliff. Sounds like you are very organized. I am looking forward to hearing about your podcast. Is this something new for you? I have wanted to podcast but have too much on my plate right now. The good thing is I have tons of blog posts to make podcasts out of. Where will your podcast be held?
    Thanks for today’s post.

Thanks Karen. The podcast will be hosted off Rainmaker but we will list it with Itunes i.e. their free subscripton service for podcasts. I’ll let everyone know when it happens. It is something new for us that came out of conversations we held for two years about clarity and life and business and Nancy said Hey let’s get this out to the world so here we go!

Kind of but it always works better for me when I’m part of a team and my partner Nancy is the perfect team business partner. I’m somewhat organized especially the way I think. Probably comes from being a systems guy and a scientist. Thanks.
